Boden und Deckel sind identisch und passen stets zusammen. Beide Teile werden ganz einfach durch die intelligent konstruierten Griffschalen miteinander fixiert. Eine zusätzliche Verriegelung ist nicht notwendig, was ein einfaches Handling garantiert.
Die gestufte Struktur der Oberfläche verleiht der Box eine hohe Stabilität, bietet eine sehr gute Fixierung beim Stapeln und verhindert ein Anhaften der Pizza. Die strahlenförmige Anordnung der Stufen zur Mitte hin entspricht der Schnittrichtung und bietet Orientierung beim Zerteilen. Durch die seitlichen Lüftungsöffnungen kann überschüssige Feuchtigkeit entweichen und die Pizza bleibt schön kross.
Diese sehr robuste und langlebige Pizzabox eignet sich perfekt für den Einsatz in der Gastronomie bzw. in Pfandsystemen und spart viele hundert Einwegkartons.
Bio Circular Kunststoff
Bio Circular - Bio Plastik 'Organic Bio Circular & Wood' 'Made in Germany'
Die innovative Materialentwicklung besteht ausschließlich aus "biozirkulärem" Kunststoff und FSC-zertifizierten Holzfasern. Der Kunststoff wird hergestellt aus entsorgtem Sonnenblumen- und Rapsöl der Lebensmittelindustrie und Gastronomie. Die Öle werden gesammelt und in einem speziellen Recyclingverfahren für die Herstellung von Kunststoff aufbearbeitet und finden so eine sinnvolle Weiterverwendung. Bislang konnten sie nur thermisch verwertet werden. Zudem werden keine zusätzlichen Ackerflächen benötigt. Die zugesetzten Holzfasern stammen von Abfällen, die bei der Forstpflege anfallen und der Papierherstellung entstehen. Alle Holzfasern stammen von Bäumen aus europäischem Anbau und sind FSC®-zertifiziert.
