Shipment
In Germany we charge a flat rate of €4.50
From a goods value of 45 € we deliver free of charge.
We deliver to Austria free of charge from a value of 100€.
The shipping costs in all other countries can be found here .
If we receive your order by 12 noon, we will prepare it for dispatch on the same day.
Please note that with our own brand coopz, as well as personalization, it can take a few days. These products are all handmade by us with a lot of love and care. As soon as we receive the payment, we start with the production.
Depending on the order quantity, it can take 4-5 working days for personalization to be ready for dispatch.
We work here with Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS and DPD.
returns
You can revoke everything within one month after receipt and send it back to us. Please note that the revocation pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs tailored to the consumer is excluded.
Yes, that's possible. Send us the item back with the completed return slip. From the return slip we can then see, for example, which size is desired. We will then send you the new item free of charge. Personalized items are excluded.
Please note that it can take up to 7 days between receipt of your return and the refund. The reimbursement amount will be refunded immediately after the examination has been completed.
We accept returns within a month.
Please understand that we cannot take back personalized items.

Are you missing items in the package? We're sorry. Please contact us via email info@4falt.de stating your invoice number and order ID
Yes, it is in the package. If you lose it, you can download it from your customer account at any time.
No, this does not work for technical reasons. We can't change anything either.
But if you reorder and let us know quickly enough, we will try to ship your orders together. This will save you shipping costs if necessary.
Write us an email to info@4falt.de as soon as possible with your order number, invoice number or order ID. So we can consider your cancellation if the package is still in the house.
We offer you different payment methods. You can find more detailed explanations of the individual payment methods here .
If you should receive an item that does not correspond to the usual quality, then simply contact us via e-mail ( info@4falt.de ). Please enter your order number, briefly describe the reason and add a picture of your defective item.
