Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (4falt Handels GmbH, Zum Steckengarten 30, 63322 Rödermark, Phone number: 060749197337, Email address: ms@4falt.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already performed up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, with the full performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the performance that the entrepreneur begins with the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires with the full fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
