The Chicken Holder 2.0 or Chicken Sitter is a ceramic stand that you can fill with beer, wine or broth. You surely know the classic beer can chicken! Simply use this stand to cook your chicken while sitting. By using the Chicken Rack 2.0, the chicken gets a crispy crust on the outside and is extremely juicy on the inside.

This chicken rack is suitable for the COMPACT, MEDIUM, LARGE, XLARGE and XXLARGE Kamado.

The chicken rack is an additional culinary addition to your kamado for grilling chicken or poultry. A must have experience for every Kamado owner! With the Chicken Sitter, you can easily prepare a deliciously succulent meal for many people.

Not only the classic beer can chicken is easy to prepare, other poultry can also be prepared on the Chicken Rack 2.0. Experiment with wine or broth to add delicious flavor to your poultry!

The basic technique of the Chicken Rack 2.0 comes from the original method of placing a chicken on a beer can and cooking it on the grill. This will give the effect of multiple cooking methods, namely steaming and grilling. So you always get a super tender result with a grilled skin!

Use poultry herbs for an extra crispy skin and you are guaranteed a deliciously juicy chicken! The chicken stand is made from high quality glazed ceramic and has an inverted funnel shape with 4 holes at the top. This enables optimal air circulation from bottom to top in your poultry. With this cooking method, you marinate the inside of your poultry while the moisture on the outside evaporates.

If desired, stuff your poultry with potatoes, vegetables and herbs. The cooking liquid that comes out can be used as a delicious gravy over the dish. The possibilities are endless!

Would you like to prepare delicious side dishes with a juicy piece of meat? Then use the YAKINIKU® vegetable pan to grill your vegetables. The great benefit of this method is that you can grill veggies and potatoes around your chicken, giving you a complete meal out of the kamado in one go!

Please note that the Chicken Rack 2.0 is not dishwasher safe. The holder is suitable for whole poultry up to 2 kg.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
