The quality of the Furnace gas grill is very high and the beautiful shape is an eye-catcher in contrast to the typical US Klotz grills.
Within 5 minutes, the furnace reaches an interior temperature that is more than sufficient for 90% of grilling activities. If you want to sear your steak really hot, you leave the furnace another 5 minutes to heat up and at this point at the latest, you will never think about your old gas grill again! With a pizza stone in the grill, you can also use the grill to bake pizza. with a few more minutes, the Furnace can reach over 350 degrees Celsius.
The Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Furnace gas grill can also be removed from its included stand and used on a tabletop or custom structure if desired. Otherwise, the Furnace can be equipped with optional accessories to accomplish almost any type of grilling on the device.
With the optionally available rotisserie insert, not only is it possible to use a grill skewer or similar, but the possibility of the Furnace gas grill is considerably expanded. The increased height of the lid means that huge poultry and/or pieces of meat can also be prepared on the gas grill.
