With this traditional wok pan you create a concentrated heat that is perfect for woking Asian dishes. The pan is made of carbon steel, which ensures the best heat conduction. The YAKINIKU® Vulcano is essential when using the wok pan when used in the kamado.
Use the wok pan in combination with the YAKINIKU® Vulcano. The volcano creates a constriction through which much oxygen enters from below and little oxygen escapes from above. This creates a concentrated heat that is perfect for stir-frying all types of dishes.
The carbon steel of the wok pan can rust after a while. It is important that you take proper care of the wok pan and store it in oil after use.
This wok pan is suitable for the LARGE Kamado or larger and has a diameter of 40 cm.

Delivery times
