Production
The American Burger Meat Seasoning is a complex blend of natural ingredients, specially developed to give minced meat dishes such as burgers, meatballs, or meatloaf a hearty and spicy aroma. For production, the individual raw spices and herbs – including paprika, onion, various types of pepper, allspice, parsley, cayenne and ancho chili, mustard powder, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, oregano, orange peel, basil, thyme, lovage, rosemary, smoked sea salt and a little raw cane sugar – are dried, coarsely or finely ground, and then carefully mixed until a homogeneous mixture structure is created. Artificial additives, flavor enhancers, or anti-caking agents are avoided, and the spices are processed and packaged under controlled conditions.
