This pepper mixture is THE pepper evergreen from the Salzburg spice manufactory! In this composition, SPICEWORLD has combined three exquisite types of black pepper to create “Black Gold”: Indian Tellicherry pepper, Malaysian cubeb pepper and Bengali long-tailed pepper from Indonesia – the first pepper that came to Europe via the Romans and is used in Asia as an aphrodisiac.

The finely ground pepper mixture "Black Gold" from SPICEWORLD is unique in its composition and inspires with an outstanding taste - this is ensured by the balanced interaction of the three types of black pepper. Tellicherry pepper has a pleasant spiciness - an upscale classic with a particularly high content of essential oils. This is joined by Cubeben pepper, moderately hot and warm-camphor-like. The third in the "Black Gold" bunch is the Bengali long-tailed pepper, a coveted delicacy spice. It tastes similar to black pepper, but is sharper, with a refined, sweet, warm note and a stimulating, slightly sour nuance.
