THE ELDER SCHNAPS FROM AUSTRIA
Most of you are probably familiar with the lovely scent that the blossoms of the elder give off in spring. If you resist the temptation to pick all of them to make an excellent juice or liqueur, you can enjoy the special berries in autumn. The fully ripe, black fruits can usually be harvested from September. In the premises of the Prinz distillery, they produce an extremely aromatic distillate from it. Matured for several years in earthenware and carboys, the result is the delicious elderberry schnapps. The fragrance is intense with sweet notes reminiscent of the scent of flowers. On the palate it impresses with a varietal, finely spicy taste. An excellent digestif.
DRINK RECOMMENDATION
Enjoy the elderberry schnapps in a schnapps goblet at a temperature between 17 and 20 °C.

Delivery times
