TASTE AND TEXTURE
The delicately spicy seasoning comes from the untreated sea salt, garlic and black pepper. Basil and shallots, a mild noble onion from the leek genus, round off the taste to create a tasty harmony. The consistency of this spice composition is coarse and very homogeneous.
USE AND APPLICATION
This bruschetta composition is a spice highlight for the preparation of toasted bread with tomatoes and olive oil. Also perfect for pizza, pasta, dip sauces, pizza dough, baguettes, ciabatta and as a marinade for chicken, turkey and fish. You can conjure up a tasty spread in no time at all.
SPICEWORLD tip: Prepare equal parts of water and olive oil, mix in the bruschetta spice and mix the ingredients to form a homogeneous paste. Refine with almonds, Parmesan and cream cheese as desired.
