Light Muscovado ist der Klassiker unter den naturbelassenen unraffinierten Rohrzuckern, die nach alter traditioneller Art aus Zuckerrohr in Mauritius produziert werden. Der hellbraune weiche Feuchtzucker hat kleine Zuckerkristalle und durch seine aromatisch anhaftenden Sirupreste eine warme Honigfarbe. Er überzeugt geschmacklich durch ein rundes Sortiment an Krokant und Toffeetönen. Light Muscovado verleiht sowohl Kaffee und Tee als auch Karamelsoßen und Süßspeisen wie Tiramisu eine einmalige Dimension. Feuchtzucker können durch ihre Naturbelassenheit austrocknen. Sollte Ihnen der Zucker zu hart geworden sein, legen Sie über Nacht einfach ein feuchtes Tuch darüber und der Zucker wird wieder weich.
