Light Muscovado is the classic among natural, unrefined cane sugars, produced using traditional methods in Mauritius from sugar cane. This light-brown, soft, moist sugar has small sugar crystals and a warm honey color thanks to its aromatic syrup residue. Its flavor is captivating, with a well-rounded range of brittle and toffee tones. Light Muscovado adds a unique dimension to coffee and tea, as well as caramel sauces and desserts like tiramisu. Due to its natural state, moist sugars can dry out. If the sugar has hardened too much, simply place a damp cloth over it overnight, and it will soften again.

Delivery times
