The taste
This seductive curry gets its stimulating flavor from smoked salt, chili, pepper, turmeric, coriander and cumin. Garlic, onion, celery, cinnamon, ginger, clove and allspice complete the rich taste. The color explosion is provided by the ocher yellow to orange glowing turmeric with the intensive coloring agent curcumin.
