Forged's Olive series of knives is made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell.
All Forged knives are forged by hand, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees.
The knives are packed in a luxury wooden box and come with a 10-year guarantee.
