Jordi Fernández, Senior Perfumer at Givaudan and known for his modern wood, oud, and amber interpretations, has created Ambre Latte, a work that perfectly combines two worlds. The 2026 creation belongs to the Oriental Woody fragrance family – a unisex Eau de Parfum built with almond milk in the top, caramel and tonka bean in the heart, and Akigalawood, Ambrofix, and white sandalwood in the base.
In his own words: "I envisioned Ambre Latte as a highly addictive overdose of my favorite amberwoods, enveloped in a delicious swirl of almond milk. With caramel, tonka, vanilla, and benzoin, this creamy haze lends an irresistible and unforgettable signature to the amber structure. A fragrance that attracts – and never lets go."

The Character Layer by Layer:
The opening settles on the skin like a bright, steaming veil. Almond milk is at the center of this initial movement – not bitter, not overly marzipan-like, but soft, airy, and almost floating. It opens the fragrance with a creamy transparency that immediately creates intimacy.
In the heart, that delicious warmth unfolds which gives the fragrance its name. An accord of Dulce de Leche introduces a creamy caramel note – soft, round, and gently decadent. This caramel tone remains controlled, not sticky, not overly sweet, but rather transforms into a golden texture.
Akigalawood brings in a clean, almost peppery patchouli spice, without the earthy aspects. Ambrofix provides enormous radiance and longevity. The result: a fragrance that stays on the skin for hours without ever being intrusive.
