Your favorite spice for crispy potatoes is presented on the table the way it should be: nice and spicy and smoky!
Tip: For farmerhouse wedges, wash the unpeeled potatoes, cut in half and soak in water. This washes out the potato starch and makes the wedges really crispy. Then drizzle with olive oil and with the STAY SPICED! Season the French Fries & Wedges Marinier & Shaker Seasoning generously. Mix everything together and bake at 170°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.

In this spice mixture, selected spices combine to create a unique taste: untreated rock salt, pepper, lemon peel, cumin, rosemary and nutmeg. The slightly smoky note comes from the smoked salt and smoked paprika, while the intriguingly fruity flavor comes from the zest and juice of the lemon.
Tip: The STAY SPICED! Spice mix for fries is also perfect for refining vegetables or "alternative" fries made from pumpkin or kohlrabi. Incidentally, it also tastes absolutely brilliant over homemade popcorn!

Delivery times
