Lady Joseph refines the olive oil with black truffles. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavor and exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel), home to the world's largest oak plantation.
Tuber aestivum, or summer truffle, grows from early summer to autumn. It is recognizable by its angular folds. Its color is dark brown, and the flesh has an intense and characteristic aroma and flavor.
The flour is milled by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and flavorful than those milled with industrial steel rollers.
They let the dough rest for 12 hours and process it slowly to preserve the nutrients and produce a particularly thin and crispy cracker.
So you can enjoy them on their own or with cheese, sausage, or foie, just as Lady Joseph liked them. They're also ideal for gift baskets.

Delivery times
