Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.49 per order.
Orders with a value of €59.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Within Germany: EUR 89.00

When shipping bulky goods (freight forwarding) and items eligible for parcel shipping together, you only pay the shipping costs for the bulky goods (freight forwarding).
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for international deliveries as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark and Czech Republic: €10.90
Rest of Europe*: €13.90
Worldwide: €35.90
Free shipping on orders of €100.00 or more within the EU for parcel-eligible goods.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) to foreign countries, we charge as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark and Czech Republic: EUR 249.00
Rest of Europe*: EUR 349.00
Worldwide: EUR 795.00

*Rest of Europe includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Provision of digital vouchers:
There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers are sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
