Das Forged Olive Kochmesser besteht aus japanischem 440C-Stahl mit einer Härte von 58 Rockwell, hat eine Klingenstärke von 2 mm und einen Griff aus Olivenholz, wodurch das Messer nicht spülmaschinenfest ist. Verpackt in einer luxuriösen Holzkiste. Mit 10 Jahren Garantie.
Jedes Messer wird von Hand aus japanischem Stahl geschmiedet. In einer Werkstatt, in der alles Leidenschaft für das Handwerk ausstrahlt: die Hitze, der Geruch und das orangefarbene Glühen des Feuers, das zischende Geräusch, wenn das Metall abgekühlt wird. Man kann buchstäblich die Hämmerung des Schmieds auf der Klinge sehen. Und jedes Mal, wenn Sie das Messer benutzen und schärfen, gewinnt es noch mehr an Persönlichkeit.
