A bamboo steamer is used to steam vegetables, meat and fish. The steam cooker is indispensable in Asian cuisine. And not without reason: steaming is healthy!
This steamer contains an extensive set for preparing dumplings. In this way, you can easily make the most delicious dumplings yourself.
Steaming with the bamboo steamer is very easy. They place the basket on a cast-iron skillet. Fill it with water, broth or beverages. Then place the basket on the pan.
It is important to place the basket on top of the pan and not in the pan. Once the liquid is heated, it boils and the vapor from the liquid makes the basket work.
You can use the basket in the XXLARGE, XLARGE, LARGE and MEDIUM Kamado.
