Mill & Mortar couldn't resist... They have now found two super tasty and very different types of garlic, both grown in Europe, so a mixture containing both is of course quite normal.
And that's exactly what Mill & Mortar did.
How does it taste?
Two types of garlic, each with their own flavor characteristics:
Dried garlic from southern Italy provides spiciness and a nice, lightly roasted sweetness.
Black garlic from Cordoba provides the coveted and indispensable umami effect.
And two types of pepper:
The delicious black pepper from Sri Lanka and a mild red chili pepper from Spain ensure the perfect spiciness.

Delivery times
