Zur genauen Dosierung ist in den 1-kg- und 500-g-Gefäßen ein Messlöffel enthalten.
- Nehmen Sie den Kaffeefilter vom Gruppengriff ab und ersetzen Sie ihn durch einen Blindfilter.
- Geben Sie für die tägliche Reinigung 1 gestrichenen Messlöffel EVO® in den Gruppengriff und setzen Sie ihn ein, als ob Sie Espresso zubereiten würden. Wenn die Maschine seltener gereinigt wird, verwenden Sie 2 gestrichene Schaufeln.
- Starten Sie den Zyklus und lassen Sie ihn 10 Sekunden lang laufen, um den Reiniger aufzulösen.
- Stoppen Sie den Zyklus und lassen Sie ihn 10 Sekunden lang ruhen. Starten und stoppen Sie den Zyklus noch 4 Mal – 10 Sekunden lang laufen lassen, 10 Sekunden lang anhalten.
- Entfernen Sie den Gruppengriff und spülen Sie ihn unter fließendem Wasser gut von der Ausgabegruppe ab. Abschalten.
- Griff mit Blindfilter wieder einsetzen, Zyklus 10 Mal starten und stoppen – 5 Sekunden laufen lassen, 2 Sekunden anhalten, um eine gründliche Spülung zu gewährleisten.
- Blindfilter entfernen und Normalfilter einsetzen.
- Brühen Sie einen einzelnen Espresso auf und werfen Sie ihn weg, um die Maschine neu zu würzen.
VERFAHREN ZUM REINIGEN VON FILTERN UND GRUPPENGRIFFEN
- Weichen Sie die Griffe und Filter der Gruppen 10 Minuten lang in 500 ml heißem Wasser mit 2 gestrichenen Messlöffeln EVO® Espressomaschinenreiniger ein.
- Gründlich unter fließend heißem Wasser abspülen.
