Forged has therefore developed a chef's knife especially for children! The children's chef's knife comes with a finger guard and leather sheath, so it can not only be used safely, but also safely stored immediately after use. All Forged knives are forged by hand, making each one unique. The Forged Olive children's chef's knife is made of 3Cr14 steel, has a hardness of 54 Rockwell, a blade thickness of 2 mm, a blade length of 12 cm, and an olive wood handle, which means the knife is not dishwasher-safe. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box and with a 10-year guarantee.

Suitable for ages 7 and up and always under supervision.

Each knife is forged by hand from Japanese steel in a workshop where everything exudes passion for the craft: the heat, the smell, and the orange glow of the fire, the hissing sound as the metal cools. You can literally see the blacksmith's hammering on the blade. And every time you use and sharpen the knife, it gains even more personality. That's what makes your knife unique.
