Der Glencadam Reserva Andalucía durchfährt eine komplexe Reife in Bourbon- und Sherry Fässern. Als Finish gibt ein einen intensiven Ausbau in Oloroso-Sherry-Fässern aus Andalusien. Der Glencadam Reserva Andalucía ist weder kühlfriltriert noch gefärbt.

Sahnige Single Malts aus den Highlands
Seit 1825 gibt es die kleine Destillerie im Städtchen Brechin in den östlichen Highlands. Den ersten Single Malt brachte Glencadam aber vor nur ca. 15 Jahren auf den Markt. Als "hidden gem" hat die Brennerei seitdem eine feste Fangemeinde aufgebaut und ihre Range um zehn bis 30 Jahre alte Single Malts erweitert. Diese entstehen wie zur Gründerzeit von Glencadam: traditionell, mit Liebe zum Detail - und dem berühmten Quellwasser aus den Moorans Mountains, das Glencadam Whisky seine Cremigkeit verleiht.
