Tradition
Die Apothekerfamilie Jagla nutzt seit Jahrzehnten eine mittelalterliche Klosterrezeptur, althergebrachte Kräuterkunde und altes Arzneibuchwissen zur Manufaktur von Kräuterbitter mit 35% vol. Aus erlesenen Bitterkräutern, feinen Gewürzen und ätherischen Ölen mazerieren die Jaglas - noch heute per Hand - das Herzstück der Bitter-Elixiere.
Recipere
Dr. Jaglas Bitter-Elixiere werden gerne pur (2 cl) oder mit Eiswürfeln genossen. Die charakteristischen Nuancen der zertifizierten Kräuter können so ihre Düfte und ätherischen Öle auf feinstem Niveau entfalten.
Das Roulieren, die langsame Benetzung von Gaumen und Geschmacksknospen - wie bei einer Weinverkostung - erlaubt das Eintauchen in ein neues Geschmackserlebnis.
Der besonders ausbalancierte Abgang rundet das Ginseng-Elixier ab.

Die Meeresfrüchte bringen eine erfrischende Meerbrise mit sich, die die subtilen Zitrus- und Kräutertöne des Ginseng-Gins betont.
Die Zartbitterschokolade bietet eine süße, leicht herbe Note, die die würzigen und fruchtigen Elemente des Gins unterstreicht.
