Of the 22 carefully selected botanicals, the huckleberry (blueberry) is the signature ingredient and this gives the Huckleberry Gin its unique flavor and name.
In addition to fresh blueberries, juniper berries, angelica roots, coriander seeds, ginger roots, some cinnamon and a hint of lavender are added for the typical gin taste. To make the gin a little fruitier, we add lemon peel, elderflower and hop blossom, peppermint and raspberries. Wonderfully soft with the best of blueberries Huckleberry Gin is distilled in a copper still by a master distiller with 30 years of experience.
The aromatic huckleberries are lovingly and accurately made their way into the cauldron together with typical botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, lavender and angelica. The result is a wonderfully smooth gin that is bottled with the best of blueberries.
