Mit dem Infrarot Thermometer ETEMPGUN von Everdure lässt sich schnell und einfach die Temperatur des Pizzasteins messen, um beste Backergebnisse zu erzielen. Das Thermometer besitzt ein Farb-LCD Display mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung. So kann man auch bei nicht so hellen Lichtverhältnissen die Messdaten genau sehen.
Einer der vielen Vorteile von Infrarot-Thermometern ist, dass Sie die Messung nicht beeinflussen, da der gesamte Prozess digital und berührungslos ist. Sie hinterlassen keine Spuren und liefern einen schnellen Hinweis auf die Temperatur, die auch auf unebenen Oberflächen gemessen werden kann.
Es wird empfohlen, Pizzen bei einer Oberflächentemperatur zwischen 350°C und 400°C zu backen.
Die Digitalanzeige kann Temperaturen von -50°C bis zu +800°C in Celsius und Fahrenheit anzeigen.
Es werden 2 x AAA 1,5V Batterien benötigt
Messgenauigkeit liegt bei +- 1,5°C
