The king of the kitchen – in pasta. Morelli Truffle Linguine brings the unmistakable aroma of real summer truffle directly to your plate – without fuss, without elaborate preparation.

Since 1860, Antico Pastificio Morelli, now in its fifth generation, has been producing Tuscan pasta using traditional methods in San Romano near Pisa – free from preservatives and artificial colors. The dough is hand-rolled and dried for 36 hours at a low temperature, preserving its aroma, texture, and nutrients completely.

What makes it special: In addition to real summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), the pasta contains wheat germ – the heart of the grain, rich in vitamins A, D, and E as well as plant-based protein – giving the linguine its characteristic nutty depth. An aroma of white truffle further accentuates the earthy character of the summer truffle. The result: a pasta that becomes a delicacy with even the simplest sauce.
