Kreiert wurde der Sea Shepherd Blue Ocean Gin in Zusammenarbeit mit der Meeresschutzorganisation Sea Shepherd und dem deutschen Importeur Kirsch Whisky.
Die Blue Ocean Edition ist besonders mild und frisch. In der Nase zeigen sich fruchtige Noten von Waldbeeren, Wacholder und Kräuter. Im Geschmack überzeugt der Gin vollmundig und mild, mit Zitrusfrüchten, Wacholder und Beeren.
Sea Shepherd setzt sich dafür ein, die maritime Tierwelt zu schützen. Dabei ist die Non-Profit-Organisation auf Spenden angewiesen.
Von dem Verkauf des Sea Shepherd Gin geht ein Anteil direkt an die Organisation. Mit unterschiedlichen Kampagnen schützt Sea Shepherd vor allem Meeressäuger und andere gefährdete Arten.
Abgefüllt wird der Sea Shepherd Blue Ocean Gin ungefärbt mit 43.1% vol und einem Inhalt von 700ml.
Aroma: Fruchtige Aromen von Waldbeeren und Wacholder treffen auf Kräuternoten.
Geschmack: Vollmundig und mild auf der Zunge. Noten von Wacholder und fruchtigen Waldbeeren werden von Zitrusfrüchten und Gewürzen begleitet.
Abgang: Langanhaltend und sanft, mit einer verbleibenden Waldbeerennote.
