Die Bars werden auf den Shichirin gelegt, wonach der Grillmeister frei bestimmen kann, was gekocht wird. Es gibt 2 Stück in 1 Packung.
Yakitori stammt ursprünglich aus Japan und bedeutet wörtlich: gegrilltes Hähnchen. Dieses traditionelle Gericht besteht aus Fleischstücken (normalerweise Hühnchen), die am Spieß serviert werden. In Japan wird Yakitori oft mit japanischem Bier oder Sake kombiniert. Yakitori ist jetzt auch auf der Karte der trendigen Restaurants in anderen Teilen der Welt.
