The light truffle praline could not be more different to our Tartufi archetype, the extranero. The Tartufi bianchi are not only a contrast in color, they are also much milder in taste than the classic dark chocolate truffles. The sweet, nutty treat made from cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavoring and, of course, Piedmontese hazelnuts IGP is a nice alternative to our dark Tartufi dolci chocolates.
