The Uelversheimer Rosé Spätburgunder from the Götz winery is a harmonious rosé wine that distinguishes itself from the winery's fresh, fruity rosé estate wines in its length and complexity. While some excel as a light summer wine, this wine is more than that. A rich accompaniment to food, it perfectly showcases the aromas of the Spätburgunder.
Aging takes place partly in new barriques and partly in stainless steel. The wines are left on the fine lees until shortly before bottling and stirred once or twice a week. This keeps the lees suspended, protecting the young wine from oxidation and releasing its valuable components into the wine. This makes the wine fuller and creamier. The two batches (wooden barrel and stainless steel) are then blended in the perfect ratio.

Delivery times
