Das Burgundercuvée, Wilder Bison vom Weingut Götz, ist ein sehr eigenständiger Wein mit Ecken und Kanten und einer einzigartigen Aromatik. Ein wilder Wein! Symbolisch hat das Weingut Götz wieder den Mädchennamen von Janine für die Namensfindung herangezogen - so ist der Wilde Bison entstanden!
Die Chardonnay-Trauben dieses Weines wurden auf der Maische vergoren. Nach der Gärung wurden die Trauben abgepresst und der Wein in kleinen Holzfässern gereift. Die Hefe wurde dabei mehrmals die Woche aufgerührt, um dem Wein mehr Komplexität und Fülle zu geben. Verschnitten wurde dieser Chardonnay mit ausgewählten Weissburgunder- und Grauburgunder Weinen aus den besten Parzellen des Weingutes.
