Der Witt PICCOLO Rotante vereint als 16" Pizzaofen die Vorteile einer besonders kompakten Bauweise mit dem perfekten Handling eines rotierenden Pizzasteins.
In einem herkömmlichen, 16" Pizzaofen hat man zu seiner großen Backfläche mit einer großen Außenmaße zu tun. Der Witt Piccolo Rotante 16" packt diese große Backfläche in eine kompakte Außenmaße.
Doch auch die Leistungswerte können sich sehen lassen: Mit einem 7 kW starken Brenner in C-Form ausgestattet, heizt er den Garraum in nur 15 Min. auf Backtemperatur auf. Mit dem neuen Witt PICCOLO Rotante lässt sich die Temperatur auf jede Hydration im Teig anpassen und präzise steuern. Durch die hochwertige Isolierung hält er die Temperatur dabei stets stabil und sorgt für gleichbleibend knusprige Backergebnisse.

Delivery times
