The grapes for Porttable Tawny Port come from a single harvest, and the winemaking follows the traditional port wine method. After partial destemming, the grapes are pressed in stone presses. The must is fermented in a temperature-controlled environment.
Tasting:
A young Tawny Port with a certain complexity of notes of ripe red fruits, brightened by the presence of oak and complemented by a balanced sweetness and a long finish.
The Porttable Port Wine Tawny goes well with red fruits (grapes, strawberries, cherries), dark chocolate and strong cheeses.

Delivery times
