A full-bodied and elegant Primitivo that impresses with complex aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes and well-defined tannins.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out entirely by hand. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and undergo maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10 to 12 days. The subsequent maturation takes place over several months in stainless steel barrels.
For optimal enjoyment, it should be served at 18°C. It goes well with grilled and roasted meat dishes and pasta Bolognese. Goes well with soups, mature cheeses and sausages.
