Der Uelversheimer Rosé Spätburgunder vom Weingut Götz ist ein harmonischer Roséwein, der sich von den frisch-fruchtigen Rosé Gutsweinen des Weingutes durch seine Länge und Komplexität unterscheidet. Während die einen ihre Stärke als leichter Sommerwein ausspielen ist dieser Wein hier mehr. Ein gehaltvoller Begleiter zum Essen, der die Aromen des Spätburgunders perfekt zur Geltung bringt.
Der Ausbau erfolgt Teilweise im neuen Barrique, teilweise im Edelstahl. Die Weine werden bis kurz vor der Füllung auf der Feinhefe belassen und 1-2 mal pro Woche aufgerührt. Dadurch bleibt die Hefe in Schwebe, schützt den jungen Wein vor Oxidation und gibt die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe an den Wein ab. Der Wein wird dadurch fülliger und cremiger. Die beiden Partien (Holzfass und Edelstahl) werden dann im perfekten Verhältnis miteinander verschnitten.
